Confirmation of registration policy

You will receive a first email with an automatic confirmation that the registration form has been received.
After payment you will receive a second email that we have received your payment.
We remind you that should either of the above emails not reach you: either registration or payment did not go well.

Payment information

All payments (registration fee, dinner) should be made in advance in Euros (EUR, €) within 7 days after the registration.

  • After your payment you will receive a proof of payment per mail.

Cancellation policy

For cancellation requests received until August 31st, the registration fee will be refundable, with the exception of a € 25 handling fee.
Cancellation requests received between September 1st and September 30th will be 50% refundable, € 25 handling fee not included.
Cancellation requests received after September 30th will not be refundable.
No refunds can be made for the cancellations received after date or in case of not participating.
